Simply connects to your existing Battery Charging Harness (SAE/Battery Tender type) to remotely activate the RE-START feature of the battery. No need to remove your seat or access the battery.

The ATX30-RS is an extremely lightweight and high-power Lithium-Ion replacement battery for the heavy lead/acid YTX30 battery found in many Motorcycles and Powersport Vehicles. The ATX30-RS offers the first FULL Battery Management System (BMS) found on a Powersport Battery and includes low-voltage cut-off, over-discharge protections, over-charge protections, and thermal protections with real-time lithium-ion cell balancing. If you want to also track your battery status via Bluetooth, you can use the Lithium Battery Tracker.

Automotive Applications

The ATX-30 Re-Start battery can also be used in Hi-Performance Automotive and Racing applications where extremely high cranking power and massive weight reduction in a very compact size are desired. (NOTE: For later model Ford MUSTANG, and FOCUS MODELS, the PCM controlled “Smart Charging System” is not compatible with the RE-START feature; please see below.). For Automotive applications, be sure to also check our ATX30-HD “Heavy Duty” version which might better suit your needs.

To give you an idea of the power of this battery, the ATX30-RS can easily start Motors up to 700 Horsepower yet the ATX30-RS weighs LESS than 5 pounds! Why did I not buy this battery earlier

I should have bought this battery in the begining, rather than having to buy the standard battery several times.
During a lot of tests on the car I forgot to turn of the lights. The battery did what it is supposed to do and switched off. I pressed the reset button, and the car fired up without any issues. Straight six 11,7:1 compression.
I am buying these batteries for the next project car as well.

Huge power, no weight!

We were initially very wary of lithium batteries due to what we had heard around the paddock, we did use a red top 35 in our Dallara F3 car, this battery failed so we looked for a lighter alternative.
We carried out a test day and were super impressed with the power delivery with hardly any drop of in use, constant 12.5 V while car is running flat out and we have no alternator on car!
We would highly recommend these batteries.

Great product and first class service!

With the assistance of Customer Service I chose this battery for my Porsche Boxster along with a cradle and vehicle terminals for it to fit. The size and weight saving are astonishing!

For anyone putting this battery in a Boxster or 911, I would recommend the micro start jump starter as well, as this battery does not have a remote start fob and of course you need to be able to open the trunk to access the battery.

Customer support is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient.

Highly recommended.
