MICRO-START "SMART CLAMPS" Replacement Clamps for XP-1 and XP-5 models.... MODEL # MSA-11-SC.

The SMART CLAMP for the MICRO-START products features built in protections for the following...and offers and upgrade over the standard clamps that came with the MICRO-START models XP1, & XP5.

1. Short circuit protection: If the two clamps are accidentally put together, the protection will not allow for damage to the MICRO-START.

2. Reverse polarity protection: If the clamps are connected in Reverse Polarity on the vehicle the protection will become active and not damage the unit.

PLEASE NOTE: THE MICRO-START IS FOR JUMP-STARTING ONLY THROUGH THE JUMP START PORT!!!! NEVER LEAVE THE MICRO-START CONNECTED TO YOUR VEHICLE'S BATTERY FOR LONGER THAN 30 SECONDS OR USE IN PLACE OF YOUR REGULAR BATTERY!!! DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE THE MICRO-START DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BATTERY THROUGH THE JUMP START PORT. SEVERE DAMAGE CAN RESULT!

I lost the jump start leads for my older design battery pack. To my surprise, after 3 years in a drawer it still charged up ok (contrary to Anti-gravity's expectations) so I purchased these. Would have hoped for them to be much cheaper, but they are upgraded physically and electrically over the original. Nice to see support for a discontinued product.

DELIVERY DETAILS AND FEES -

UK orders. Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by Courier.

Delivery time is 1-2 days. Priority next-day delivery: £9.95. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched. Delivery time is next day for orders received before 3pm, 2 days for orders received after 3pm.

International orders. Orders for delivery outside the UK are usually sent by UPS or other services maybe used dependant on location, shipping cost are calculated on Country and area which will be advised at point of order.
