This is an 30" inch long Female Cigarette Lighter Socket going into a 5.1mm 12v DC TIP. This unit works with the MICRO-START XP-1 and XP-10 models which have a 12v DC 5.1mm output port on them.
This accessory allows you to connect your 12v Devices that have a Male Cigarette end to either the MICRO-START XP-1 or X-10. By doing this you can use your XP-1 or XP-10 to power these devices such as GPS, or other electronics powered by 12v DC. It has a total length of 30 inches.

This will not work with the MICRO-START XP-3 or XP-5 since those model only have USB ports....
